Jurisdiction

Any action or proceeding to enforce any provision of, or based on any right arising out of, this Agreement must be brought against either of the parties in the courts of the State of Ohio, County of Summit, or, if it has or can acquire jurisdiction, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and you acknowledge and consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts (and of the appropriate appellate courts) in any such action or proceeding and waive any objection to venue laid therein. Process in any action or proceeding referred to in the preceding sentence may be served on you anywhere in the world.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the State of Ohio's internal laws without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Trademarks

National Super Kids and National Super Kids Classic are federally registered trademark of the National Super Kids. These trademarks cannot be used without the prior, express written consent of National Super Kids Classic.

Copyrights

All images, text, photographs, and video are copyrighted and protected under 17 U.S.C. 101 et seq. and the exclusive property of National Super Kids. Unauthorized use of the same or any other copyrighted work on this website without the prior express written consent of National Super Kids Classic is strictly prohibited.
